The Hunts Point Alliance for Children strives to create within the 10474 area code an environment where youth can succeed educationally. For every child in Hunts Point, there are 2 library books, as compared to the city-wide data, which has at least 9 books for every child. This symbolic statistic is demonstrative of the challenges children in Hunts Point face in reaching their goals. Please look to the right-hand side of the page for articles regarding HPAC’s educational events made possible through many partnerships, sponsors, and community input.
