Our Members

The Hunts Point Alliance for Children member schools and organizations are dedicated to improving the lives of youth of Hunts Point. Each has a unique mandate, mission and viewpoint, but all believe that quality education and support will make a difference in the future of Hunts Point and its children.

The Alliance Members, listed below, work together throughout the year on collaborative projects, as each has skills and resources that complement others’ work. Alliance Members also meet quarterly to plan strategic priorities for ongoing work and to share knowledge. During the 2009-2010 academic year, Alliance Members have identified Mental Health, Parenting and Support, and Mentoring and Job Skills as the three areas to build on and seek additional resources to provide quality services in these areas.
